First workout at 2 Months Postpartum- Bowflex Max Trainer



This is my first workout at 2 months postpartum after my 2nd c-section in less than 2 years. It was not easy! I made it about 5 minutes on the Bowflex Max Trainer. Which was totally fine because you have to listen to your body.

I recorded this video, though, because I wanted to show you all how the max trainer works. It's like an elliptical and stairmaster in one.
