Natural Ways To Beat Postpartum Depression

- Physical Activity: you know that runner's high you've heard about? It's REAL. When we move and exercise, our brains creates endorphins to help us feel GREAT! I'm not saying that you need to go out and run a marathon. Just increase your movement, stroll around the block, do some yoga, anything but sit on the couch.
