I'm 8 weeks postapartum and sometimes its not easy to workout with a baby so I decide to include him in my workouts so we can have fun together.
Do 4 rounds of 15 reps per sides.

Estoy en mi semana 8 de posparto y a veces puede ser dificil hacer ejercicio con un bebe entonces he decidido incluirlo en mis rutinas.
Son 4 series de 15 repeticiones.
