Postpartum workout: Core for diastasis recti



Core workout to help fix ab separation. This is a great workout for not only postpartum moms, but those trying to conceive as strengthening these muscles can lessen the separation you get during pregnancy.

I do not recommend this workout for anyone who is currently pregnant, as it requires some moments of holding your breath and one exercise on your back, both of which can be dangerous for your unborn baby
