I must tell you mummies balance work massively helps with a postpregnancy tummy- never underestimate it! You don't always need to be jumping all over the place to make change!
Single arm row with balance
Dumbbell windmill
Dumbbell Passover
Superwoman tricep extension
Body-weight Shoulder press
3-4 rounds!
Please make sure your gp is aware you are exercising through your pregnancy and please make sure you have the all clear post partum too!
