who has worked with kettlebells? 🙋🏻do you find them fun like I do? 🤡 here's a #womanstrongworkout with ideas for kettlebell exercises. Kettlebells are a quick way to get your heart rate up, sweat like an armpit, strength train, burn fat, and kick start your metabolism. You can order them on amazon, grab some at your local sporting goods store, or find them at the wallet-sucking abyss called target.

Do each for 1 minute or you can follow rep guidelines below:
1️⃣lunge with overhead press: can hold on same side as lunging leg (see video), or opposite hand - 8-12 on each side
2️⃣sumo squat with upright rows: 8-12
3️⃣swing variations: in the video are alternate swinging arm, hold on with both hands, or raise up and pause at top - x20.
4️⃣around and twist: tighten your core, squeeze that belly button to your spine - x20
5️⃣burpee: x15
6️⃣twists: can do with feet up, or modify (see video) with feet down. Bring knee in when twisting. - x30
7️⃣leg lifts with crunch: x20
8️⃣6 rows, grab with opposite hand to bring it under you to the other side, repeat rows on new side- 2x on each side (which means you pass it 4 times underneath you).
*repeat 2-3 sets for a good sweat! 💦.
