Postpartum Yoga Week 2
A beginner friendly Postpartum Yoga class with Yoga Instructor Reiko Rogers. This is a class meant for healthy moms after birth experience. Please check out the Week 1 Postpartum class to begin! https://youtu.be/hGvle6qYXDA
The class is all-level friendly and vinyasa flow base. We will practice twists, core focus poses and hip strengthening poses. If you had C-section, any complications, or Diastasis Rect, this exercise is not appropriate. Talk to your doctors to get approval to start yoga and exercise again. Make sure not to push yourself too much and rest as much as needed during and after the class.
