All of these merchandise should be divided into 4 meals - Breakfast (Eight-9 hours), lunch (12-13 hours), afternoon snack (15-16 hours) and dinner (no later than 18 hours).

Thursday: 2 eggs, 100 g of boiled beef, 150 g of rye bread.
Friday: three boiled potatoes, apples (no more than 700 g), zero,5 l kefir.
Saturday: 300 g boiled rooster meat, 2 medium dimension cucumber, 2 eggs, unsweetened tea.
Sunday: 4 boiled potatoes, 2 apples.
