This 10 minute hiit workout is ideal for busy moms. It’s a quick HIIT workout that is also great for any busy woman including students or just busy lives in general. This is a 10 minute cardio workout that can be done anywhere because no equipment is required. This 10 min HIIT routine also requires very little space.
For each of the exercises in this 10 min cardio workout, you will do 1 minute with no rest between moves. You’ll move from the first move directly to the next in this quick HIIT routine, and you’ll repeat all of the exercises twice for a total of a 10 min HIIT cardio workout. If you are a beginner you can shoot for just 2 rounds of these exercises for a 10 min home HIIT workout. But if you’re more advanced you can shoot for 4 rounds of these moves to make a 20 minute quick HIIT routine.
