My 8 Wks Postpartum Workout Routine!



Just wanted to share y'all some of the exercises I've been doing to shade this pregnancy weight.

Unfortunately, I am not one of those lucky moms who is able to "snap back" 2 weeks after delivering. lol

I was 204 lbs towards the end of my pregnancy. Even though it has only been 12 weeks, at times exercising is a struggle. Overall, I just want to be healthy, I do it for me.
