DIET ♥♥ Very important to pay attention to your nutrition. I use cronometer.com - a free app - in order to track my nutrient intake. it has a pregnancy setting and a vegan 80 10 10 setting so it is more geared towards special diets. It can give you a rough estimate of how much iron, folic acid, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and so forth you are getting.
I eat seasonal produce in abundance and I follow my aversions and attractions as my guide.
